A pre session consultation is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss the vision you have for your session. It's your opportunity to interview me to see if I am the right fit for you.

At the time of booking a 50% non-refundable fee is required to hold your session date. I understand life and a lot of rain happens. We will work together to reschedule your session. This is also when you sign contracts and model releases. I make it super simple. All you need is a smart phone or tablet and your finger. I take all forms of payments. The remainder of balance is due on day of session.

During your consultation, I will give you all the tools to help you be ready for your session.  I cover everything from style and grooming to diet and hydration. This is also a great time for you to let me know if you require special accommodations such as a support person or animal. 

After your session your images will be downloaded and backed up to external hard drives and cloud services. I take protecting your images very seriously.  You will receive 5 Sneak Peaks fully edited and ready to share! 

A link via email and text to your Shootproof gallery will be sent when your low-res proof album is ready. Here you can favorite and label images for final editing. A final link via email and text message will be sent when final images are completed. A mobile app is included with all session packages.

Within your Shootproof gallery you will have a link to your personalized store front. Your images will be shipped from Bay Photo right to your door! I do offer special order items. Please contact me regarding special order wishes.
